We stayed during the Easter bank holiday weekend, so it was very busy. However, the staff were very attentive and well organised. They seem to work hard, and work well together to keep everything running smoothly. We had 2 single rooms, which were cosy and clean. We were looking on to the car park, but it was quiet and we...

Got this hotel on a deal for 2 night stay even upgraded to sea view room for extra £20. Upon arrival found place to be cosy with coal fire burning but was shockingly disappointed from there on in. We were in room 34 which had a cracked window in bathroom, hole in the floor and if you moved the shower...

The staff are all wonderful & we would...

My friend and I stayed one night at the Parkstone and what a positive experience it was! We were allocated a lovely seaview room with fab views. All of the staff couldn't have been more helpful, with service always with a smile. We were on a DBB deal and the food was delicious. Having only payed £79 for the two...

Nice cosy hotel with attentive friendly staff. Food was excellent in the restaurant - dinner, the steak was perfect, breakfast - good quality produce for the fat boy brekkie. House white could do with being upgraded as it disappoints and was the only weak spot in the hotel. Lit coal fire in reception bar, which would be romantic if you're...

Recently my partner and i visited the Parkstone Hotel for a two day break. On entering the hotel we first noticed the lighting was very dull and dark but on entering our room we got more of an unpleasant welcome. The room was number 34 and was very dated with old furniture, stained carpets,a cracked window,a broken toilet seat,a hole in...

Have stayed here a few times over the past few years, lovely staff, best and most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, and food is amazing, and all with a sea view, my little peace of heaven to escape the hum drum for some peace and quiet and relaxation, although the entertainment looks fantastic too, can't wait to return...
