We booked in for two nights as we were visiting a friend in a nearby hospital. The warm welcome from the owner Jackie was wonderful. We were given the spacious front suite which was very tastefully furnished.. Including microwave kettle & small fridge. The beds & pillows are first class. Breakfast was delicious and served in our room! This is...

Gorgeous, boutique family run hotel in Ayr. Rooms were freshly redecorated beautifully, spotlessly clean and the hosts were such friendly, helpful people. Plenty of parking outside the guesthouse. Breakfast was super yummy too! Worst bit about this place is that we had to leave to go back home. Will stay here any time we're back in town.

Me and my partner stayed here 1 night and couldn't ask for a nicer place. The room was spacious and the decor was lovely. And the people who ran it couldn't be nicer would definitely stay here again xx

We booked this hotel due to the closeness to Prestwick airport. A take from there is about £8. Great communication with the hotel owners about taxi info and late check in as we didn't arrive until 11pm. Room was lovely. Not sure why there's a note on here for don't stay in room 5 we had ample space? Very clean...

Place was clean and tidy. Small thing I have to agree with previous reviewer that Room 5 is small, but was definitely spotless but Hey Ho! only stayed...

Comfortable 2 nights and 2 nice breakfasts! I arrived late and the Pin Key entry was really useful . The room was nicely decorated and the bed really comfortable . A little traffic noise( but I live out in the sticks where it;s really quiet) but not intrusive and quiet after 23.00. Nice room close to Prestwick centre restaurants and...

Pleasant reception. If you are a couple don't get room 5 it's just not big enough, the shower is awful and lots of dust under the bed. Room 6 is ok space wise but shower rubbish also. Breakfast was ok and parking a bit tight. Would stay here again if can't find anywhere else but not in room 5. Only...

The guest house was so beautiful. Very light, bright and airy. Hosts were very warm and welcoming & gave us information on places to visit during our visit to Scotland. Room was spotless and beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was lovely & plenty of choices. As we had our little dog with us they offered to make up a table...
