Visited for afternoon tea with my best friend on a Monday using a voucher from wowcher. Friendly and welcoming reception staff showed us to the bar area as we were early. The afternoon tea.... ok so the gin is what it says, gin and tonic in a teacup with s slice of cucumber, the fruit punch tasted like diluting with...

Very nice hotel, staff polite and helpful. Check in was very good, room was lovely. Room had iron and ironing board, hairdryer, tea coffee facilities and lovely shortbread biscuits. We did not have time to use the spa facilities but they did look good. Can not comment on food as we ate out and about in Ayr When you come...

We stayed for 4 nights in a family room. The only slight gripe was the folding bed for the kids which was a bit hard (springs) in places. Huge bathroom! Breakfast offered a huge choice and the serving woman was really friendly and helpful. Only complaint about breakfast was no Marmite for my toast. Very quiet room at night and...

Excellently decorated hotel which on first walking in we were pleasantly welcomed by the staff. Situated just off the main beach in Ayr and not far from shops. On finding our room it was large, very well decorated with the bathroom being huge! This had a large shower and bath. Only problem was room was on the ground floor and...

Our resting place and stop over after a long drive from England before travelling on to Arran. Lovely atmosphere and surroundings, good food and excellent staff. They have great and large family rooms, on site pool and perfect location. Kids park 100m away by the beach.

We stayed in this lovely hotel for my birthday. The food was lovely. The staff could not do enough and are exceptionally helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. Decor in rooms a little dated but didn't take away from the ambience of this hotel

Nice hotel in a great location. Friendly welcome and easy check in. Lots of parking. Public areas of the hotel are really well maintained, contemporary and pleasant.
