From the online booking to breakfast to checkout the whole process and stay was flawless. Staff were non intrusive but welcoming both at reception and at breakfast. I did think about value for money when I booked our breakfasts in advance but when I saw how much we ate and drank, we would never had got that value or quality...

Perfectly fine premier Inn, but now the second we have stayed at with a Thyme Restaurant and neither provided an acceptable meal. So this one produced for me a rare steak when asked for medium and the mushrooms and green beans were lukewarm. My wife had a salad and they forget the potatoes (" They do that sometimes was the...

Dear Altricham, I am very pleased that you found our core product to be of very good standard being our bedrooms and staff service from reception. Please accept my personal apologies for your dining experience in the hotel. We aim to provide delicious food in a relaxing environment in our Thyme restaurant. Stayed here on business in local area, this hotel is well placed on the outskirts of Ayr, handy for racecourse, city centre, Prestwick airport. Good standard Premier Inn with everything needed for a good nights stay. Thyme restaurant is adequate if wanting a bite to eat, breakfast next day very good. Recommend,,ended if in area.

Stayed here simply to break a long journey up. I like Premier Inns for their consistency and general food service. Certainly a good night's sleep here, very quiet. Not really walkable to the town centre so need a car if you're heading that way. Staff very friendly.

We stayed at the premier in just to get away for a night from day to day stresses. We had a fantastic stay, beds were particular comfortable. Staff were helpful, rooms were clean and parking was plentiful. Will be back again.

We could not access our room on arrival as we were there early but the hotel made availability one of the conference rooms for us to change and then delivered our luggage to our rooms!
