Another lovely meal here, they were very busy (an indication of how good they are) and we just rang to book before leaving our house, but they still fitted us in. Service excellent, food excellent and in gorgeous surroundings.

Charming thatched restaurant and ice-cream coffee/ gift shop. Gleaming and modern inside. Gastro-pub grub. Sunday lunch cajun salmon was excellent. As were the homemade fries. The crowing glory - a duo of desserts. Knickerbocker glory and lemon meringue pie. Old friends still youthful and stunning as ever. Enough said.

Me and a friend had been driving all day and decided to stop here for a late lunch, we were so hungry! Service was very fast and waitress really chatty. Def choose an ice cream sundae for dessert, they were amazing. So glad we stopped in this town and found this gem.
