Fantastic location very quaint Garden and home. Be sure to dine at Fern cottage recommended by the B and B owner. We stayed in room 2, very quiet and comfortable. The bathroom has a towel warmer that is cleverly turned on when you turn on the bathroom light. Nice touch.

Such a nice guest house. Lovely staff. Unfortunately the bathroom was dreadful in my room. Very small and cramped. Shower was just a dribble of water which was either boiling hot or freezing cold. And when I tried to regulate the temperature got scalded. Verging on dangerous. Everything else was good. So rather than rate it as 'average' , apart...

We stayed here in early August 2014. The B&B is adorable and cozy, the host was warm and delightfully quirky, and the location was excellent. There is a lovely front garden area where kids can play, it is less than a 5 minute walk to the heart of town, and there is a laundromat just around the corner. There is...

This was my first experience of staying at a B&B, and I can now say it was truly amazing! It felt like home staying there. The rooms were always clean and the beds so comfy. Loved the greenery and scene from our room window! Such a stunning lively area. Breakfast was delicious, loved having eggs every day haha! The hosts...

Charming house and good location. Breakfast was included and good although only served between 8:30 and 9. Rooms very clean. We had quaint and cute rooms, small but comfortable. Gardens are lovely and it was quiet. Hair dryer is terrible so bring your own if that matters as stated by another reviewer. Parking is easy and adequate. Wi fi was...

This a beautiful B&B, well decorated, comfortable, and perfect location in Pitlochry. Immaculate, charming - all positive, one of our favorites of our two week vacation. Breakfast was very relaxing & it was so pleasant to be served each morning. We were very sorry to leave this wonderful home at the end of our vacation. Highly recommend if you are...

Lovely B&B. It was one of our favorites during our entire trip in Scotland. The home is just beautiful and really well decorated. I had apparently made a mistake in the reservation and booked it for the wrong week but the owner was super nice and accommodated us on short/no notice. They have a nice parking area. Our room was...

Perfectly located, near to the centre but very quiet. The cottage was clean and well appointed. Small sleeping rooms and very small shower, but sufficient for us. We were very well receiced. A pleasant stay for us and a place to recommend.

Had a lovely stay at this B&B for one night on 31st May and received a very warm welcome on arrival. We were allocated the downstairs four poster room which was very comfortable. Tea/coffee making facilities, small tv and plenty of drawer and wardrobe space. The en suite was small but adequate and toiletries were provided and also bathrobes. The...

The room was beautiful, clean and spacious and the proprietor was very helpful but the breakfast let our stay down. Fresh fruit was ok but the kiwi was rock hard so not edible, if you didnt precisely ask for two eggs or two rashers of bacon you only got one, the coffee was stone cold and if you didn't ask...
