Friendly welcome. Lovely spacious room, with a great view but shower a little tight for a biggish guy, but everything you needed was to be found in the room. Friendly bar. No evening meal available, but plenty of good restaurants available in town. Lovely cooked full Scottish breakfast, well cooked and presented by friendly staff. Lovely town for a shop...

From the moment we walked into our room, we knew this was going to be an excellent stay. A large and spacious room, two twin beds, large desk and closet, large shower space, all was clean, fresh and bright. We slept very well for two nights there. We chose to include breakfast in our stay at the hotel. Don't miss...

We were here with a group. As it happened we rented all the rooms and it was our own home from home. The hotel was very clean, my room was very nice. The bar is fairly priced. We cooked our own food, so I can't say anything what the food would be in the hotel.

This extended victorian house provided a clean and smart bedroom, spectacular curtains, adequate shower room, excellent breakfast (served from 8am). A very nice place to spend the night. Evening meals weren't available when we stopped but the main Pitlochry street with a range of takeaways, pubs and restaurants is only a short walk down the hill, a bit longer coming...

We were out for a walk on the 1st of January 2017, it was raining, we were wet, and nowhere was to be found with any room for getting a coffee or a hangover cure. Until we came across this establishment. We were welcomed in with open arms with the locals, we asked the barman firstly for coffees to warm...

Stayed here overnight as we were attending the theatre. We were warmly welcomed and given Room 11. This had a double aspect and a wonderful view of the hills. It wasn't a huge room but comfy and cosy. The heating was easy to regulate and there was tea/coffee with huge china mugs. There was a shower room and plenty of...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
We are a small family run business offering bed and breakfast in 16 individually decorated rooms. All of our en-suite rooms are a mix of twin, double, triple and family rooms sleeping up to a maximum of 4 adults. All rooms have flat screen TV's and a hospitality tray for your convenience. We have a bar which is also open to the public as well as 2 quiet lounges for our guests to relax perhaps take a book from the small library we have. We have free wifi in public areas only as the locality means the service in the area does not always have the best reception and as yet, Pitlochry does not have fibre optic broadband. ... more   less
