Spotlessly clean and comfy bed. Staff were a bit snooty. Had dinner one evening in their steakhouse which was ok but definitely overpriced. Had a better steak in our local pub. Wouldn't recommend or return.

Oh Dear sorry you were not happy, your impression of our staff & food do not really sit well with other view points, but you cannot please all of the people all of the time. I would be sorry that you would not visit us again but it would seem that your local pub is the place for you. Kind...

Stayed here for one night with my girlfriend Gill (fae Dundee) and cannot say enough good things about this place from ALL the staff to the location, the room and the food was 5 star. Gill commented on how comfy the bed was, she is not normally a good sleeper but slept like a log. Forget the other hotels in...

We stayed at the weekend as we had a wedding at Blair Castle. We utilised the early check-in so that we had plenty time to get ready for the wedding. Check in etc was smooth and we were able to get into our room just after 11am as arranged previously. The woman on reception was very helpful and took an...

Karen gave us a cheerful welcome at the Acarsaid and the check in was very smooth. Our room was on the 1st floor and was very comfortable having everything we needed. We were booked for DBB and the food was very tasteful and well cooked. The £20 allowance for dinner did however restrict what you could order from the menu...

We stayed here for one night en route to elsewhere. Lovely big bedroom with nice modern bathroom. The room had everything you need and it had controlable heating which was a bonus on a cold night. Usual tea/coffee facilities. There were bathrobes (sealed in plastic bag) in the wardrobe that we did not use, perhaps would have used them on...

We were walking group of 14,visiting for the weekend. This is first class hotel. Rooms were spotless. The food was freshly cooked, piping hot, even the plates. Several small lounges to sit in in the evening. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. None of us had any complaints...we will definitely visit again

Hotel was our shift swap, I was day shift so could get breakfast on two of my three mornings. Lovely grub if a bit slow on service. Pitlochry does not open till 10:00 on Mondays. Plenty time for me to enjoy both sides of the river Gary whilst the sun shone.

Arrived midweek and left on Saturday. Nice comfortable hotel; handy for the town and other attractions. Really helpful staff (even rescheduled our Friday evening dinner when they learned we had a theatre booking) and very comfortable small double room.
