Nice enough, but could be improved with some investment in the guest bedrooms. The rooms are starting to look pretty tired, and I'm no expert in these things but I'd really like to think that Crerar Hotels are going to spend a decent sum on refurbishing them soon to get them back to the standard that they need to be....

Just returned from a 2 night break. The room we were allocated had a faulty lock which we only discovered when we tried to lock it to go to dinner, this was reported to reception and within 5 minutes we were moving to another (bigger) room. The breakfast was good, tea/coffee and toast and any hot food served at the...

When we arrived on the Saturday we had hoped to check in at 2 however were informed that we would have to wait another hour (fine we had expected as much even although we'd hoped not). the room can only be described as minimalistic and with both myself and my girlfriend being taller than the average person sleeping was extremely...

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for an overnight on 21/01/17. The room, although somewhat small, was very clean and nicely furnished. We got a great nights sleep so it was very quiet and peaceful. The food served in the bar was excellent and the Guiness poured to perfection! Breakfast was OK. I did feel that everything was a tad...

The hotel is clean and maintained better than many in the highlands. The room was nice, (no views) but clean with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and breakfast was excellent. All in all We were pleasantly surprised.

Warm and comfortable 2-Night stay. Very friendly, polite and helpful staff. Meals were excellent and plentiful. Good sized en-suite room, however one of the two radiators could not be controlled which left the room a tad warm. The interior could do with a freshen up, but did not detract from our pleasant stay and would return.

Centrally located hotel only 5 minutes from the train station, Hotel clean but could do with upgrading, The leisure facilities were good though ball games should not be allowed, Being hit on the head whilst trying to enjoy a swim isn't much fun. No hot water for the showers - maybe a notice put up would have helped.to explain fault....
