Staying here overnight while travelling in Scotland. Plenty of character here, room is clean and adequate, tea and coffee facilities in room, staff are friendly. Location is good, close to shops and restaurants. Reasonably priced. Only negative was the loud music from a wedding reception this was extremely uncomfortable when in my room trying to get to sleep it did...

Stayed here on business. It's in a great location for Perth town centre. Surrounded by the main shopping area and restaurants it couldn't be in a more central location. The hotel is quite traditional with lots of character. Room size is big and had a super king bed. Cleanlines was great throughout. Breakfast choice was extensive and was very good...

We have just completed our 2nd stay at this hotel. Both visits have been perfect, despite them both being for the Rewind Festival when the hotel is fully booked. The staff are all very efficient and friendly and cope very well with what is obviously a very challenging weekend! The rooms are a lovely mix of modern and original features...

Room spacious and clean, although the bed was a little hard. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was nice and the food was of good quality. The tv could do with an update as it was tiny and high on the wall far away from the bed. Overall a nice break.

Hotel somewhat tired and dated. Served High Tea which was a bit different. Breakfasts were good. Service needs a bit of a shake up. The poor plants in the hotel were crying out for water, my Wife looked after them. Parking is limited.

On a tour of Scotland, we arrived with some trepidation, as our previous hotel had been terrible. We needn't have worried because from beginning to end we had an excellent time. Our room was spotless with a lovely view over the Tay (room 45). Excellent wi-fi, comfy bed, good shower. All the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The food...

From the moment I checked in I knew I was in for a comfortable stay. Martin on reception was so helpful, I had booked a large room but Martin said that the room didn't have a river view so gave me two rooms to look at. I went for room 48 and I was so glad I did. It was...
