We had a wonderful one night stay at this superb B&B, room was so immensely spacious with all details carefully looked after. The en-suite was also top marks, we missed nothing. What a beautiful house!!! If you're in Perth, well I surely can recommend!

My Korean wife and I stayed for four nights this summer and within two minutes of our arrival were wishing we'd known about Clifton House long ago. We envy those other guests who have had the pleasure of staying here year upon year. 'Fabulous hospitality' says it all, and we cannot imagine anything better. Our deep thanks to Kathy and... More

This is our 15th stay at Clifton House. The rooms are clean, comfortable and welcoming. We love the turret room and Kathy and Peter are extremely accommodating. We always have a lovely breakfast to set up our day and a catch up on what's been happening since we last visited. The B&B is short walk from Perth City Centre and... More

I stayed here for 2 nights and I can't recommend it enough. Rooms are beautifully decorated, extremely clean and beds comfortable. I also very much appreciated the chocolate biscuits after a few too many glasses of wine. Kathy and Peter are fantastic hosts, both warm and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. And lastly location was within walking distance from city centre... More

Easy to find along a mainroad and spacious on-site parking, yet hardly any traffic noise at night due to off-road situation of the room and double glass. Characteristic sandstone villa. Walking distance to the town centre with many types of restaurants. Lidle supermarket on the corner. Standard bedroom 14,5 m2 with showerroom 2,2 m2 is good size. Excellent cooked breakfast... More
