My partner and I had an amazing stay at this guest house. The owner is a very kind gentlemen. Very clean and the location is central. There is room for parking aswell. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a tranquil and peaceful stay.

This place looks new but goodness it really deserves its positive reviews! Breakfast is wonderful, fresh strawberries and pancakes as well as the usual. My only complaint is the lack of baked beans. The room was big, and ensuite and again the only compliant I have is that the soap was 3/4 empty and so was an old looking radox...

We booked through the TI office so had no idea what to expect. We arrived with slightly soggy clothes and panniers having ridden through some heavy rain. We were met by the landlord who showed us up to our room, took our breakfast order, gave us a map of Perth and a leaflet listing places to eat. He then brought...

This is the third year that a group of us ( up to 8 ) have used this guesthouse for the whole weekend. Nothing is too much trouble and always service with a smile. Fab breakfast too! See you next year!

Nice location, a 15 minute walk to town. As with most of our B&B stays, the bed had no top sheet, making for a warmer sleeping experience than we prefer. Parking for guests directly in the front. Nice lobby area with a dish of wrapped chocolates that's hard to resist. All very tidy and neat.

A short and enjoyable stroll across the old bridge over the Tay to Perth. Clean, comfortable and spacious room by B&B standards. The hosts were both friendly and very helpful. On quite a busy road but the room was quiet enough. Would have no hesitation staying here again....
