We have stayed in both the B&B rooms and Acorn Cottage and would very highly recommend both. Elsie and Alastair are superb hosts and your every need is attended to. The standard of accommodation is very high indeed and Elsie is a lovely cook and baker, especially the shortbread which our family devoured with great relish. We will certainly be...

Historic and modern at the same time, the Easter Glentore Farm offers a great stay. Quiet rooms, free wifi, nice sitting room with views of Highlands in the distance. Elsie and Alastair Hunter are wonderful hosts....we felt like family. The morning breakfast is really special with a choice of a full breakfast and all sorts of fruits, home made jams...

This is one truly outstanding bed and breakfast accommodation. The hospitality, the room and the food make Easter Glentore a stay to remember. We were amazed to be afforded the use of the lounge in which to relax and take in the marvellous views of the surrounding countryside, and to share a wee dram with the owners was the icing...

Stayed for two nights with Mr& Mrs hunter, Elsie & Alister, we couldn't have been made more welcome. Immediately we'd settled in we were invited to have a cup of tea and and home made shortbread. After having our evening meal at the Red Deer a wee dram was on offer, although the measure certainly wasn't "wee". The room was...

Beautiful location with grand views towards the distant highlands. Easily accessible from the M80 and close to Glasgow. The accommodation is of a high standard, and Elsie and Alastair made me feel at home with their warm welcome. Breakfast was lovely, and I really enjoyed hearing about the history of the farm. Highly recommended.

During our holiday we needed a place between Edinburgh and Glasgow and we found this great B&B. We arrived very late and the landlord and lady were so charming in offering us tea and biscuits and we had a great chat. The room was exactly what we wanted, Elsie went out of her way to accomodate our wish for separate...

We had a lovely family holiday at Acorn Cottage. The cottage was spotless and extremely well equipped and we were made to feel very welcome by the owners, Elsie & Alastair. The cottage is set in rural surroundings and is perfectly situated to visit Glasgow, Edinburgh and Stirling. This gives the opportunity to relax or have an action packed day...

A smashing couple run this bed and breakfast. They are very friendly and their home is spotlessly clean, Bed was comfortable and the breakfast was fabulous. When establishments in Glasgow were charging rip-off prices during the Commonwealth Games, Easter Glentore Farm was still charging excellent value for money rates. We will definitely use again when next in the area.
