My husband and I spent a lovely week (22 - 29 August) at The Haven and it was a great break. Morag and Graham, the hosts, were very welcoming, kind and thoughtful. We had a leisurely breakfast every day, before visiting the many beautiful places in this wonderful part of the country. The conservatory was a pleasant place to sit in the evening and there is a dining room, with a microwave, we could use if we wanted. It was very comfortable and restful after the last mad months. Thank you so much.
The bed was so comfortable, excellent walk in shower and a first class breakfast. There is a lovely conservatory to relax in and also a beautiful garden. It is very near the centre of the town and only a short walk to the beach.
A great find and rightfully popular. All the comforts of home and a warm welcome from very accommodating hosts. Everything you might need is here, including a microwave should you wish to warm up an evening meal! Rooms are impeccably clean, comfortable, well appointed and functional throughout. A great breakfast, freshly prepared from good quality produce certainly sets you up for the day. One I shall make every effort to return to.
The proprietors are friendly (as pretty much everyone in Scotland seems to be), but the rooms are musty-smelling and in need of renovation. We also were unhappily surprised to find two twin beds, at opposite sides of the room, rather than a queen. Breakfast was below the standard we experienced at other Scotland B&Bs.
I had just finished a two-day charity walk, and my husband was treating me to some r n r : he couldn't have picked a better place! Comfortable, clean room with a lovely en-suite ; conservatory with TV and books ; and the breakfasts were delicious! The bed was super-comfy, too. Graham and Morag were so kind, and looked after us so well, it was exactly what we were needing. Thank you so much - will recommend The Haven to anyone going to Nairn.
