Another excellent stay at Greenlawns. Sheelagh & Dave are so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble the perfect hosts. There is a wide choice for breakfast, the rooms are immaculately clean & cosy. The guest house is ideally located & is a stone's throw away from the beach, harbour & town centre. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at the Greenlawns. The hosts were very nice and showed true interest in their guests. Our room was spatious and clean, the breakfast phenomenal. We could choose between various cooked versions. The site itself is located in walkable distance to the main street with its shops and to the Beach. It was alltogether a phenomenal stay, we felt really welcome and comfortable all the time and would love to stay there again.

This is a lovely Hotel with friendly, helpful staff and management and a beautiful private garden full of exotic plants. The food was exceptional and the standard of cleanliness and Covid 19 safety measures were extremely high. The location is quiet but has easy access to beautiful beaches and the town centre. I would highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to the North East of Scotland.

Fabulously decorated B&B with cosy rooms and a welcoming reception room. Sheelagh is a very gracious host who goes above and beyond for all her guests providing the very best in customer service and quirky stories and recommendations. The rooms are large and nicely furnished with very comfortable bedding and seats. The garden is a sun trap and has a fab little koi pond too. Misha - the resident cat - is a treat as well! Breakfast is without a doubt the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a B&B; all local produce and freshly sourced from the hog sausages to the fish. The other member of staff, Debbie, was super friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we need. Sheelagh’s B&B was exceptional in every way, and we are looking forward to our return soon. As an additional note; all Covid safety measures were adhered to and cleanliness was a top priority. Not once did I feel uncomfortable. Spread out tables at breakfast, wipes, sanitizers and sprays readily available everywhere.
