Just back from staying in the West End Hotel Nairn and had a great weekend room spacious clean and tidy hotel very covid conscious was staying B&B my only negative was the breakfast although what you got was very good and freshly cooked to order choice was limited to 7 items from a possible 10 and it was either continental with juice,yogurt,cereal and porridge or a cooked breakfast of 7 items I would have liked fruit juice to start and only one slice of toast we were never offered more tea coffee or toast either day, don’t get me wrong what you got was excellent but limited I thought. On the second night we had dinner and I must admit we were spoiled for choice I chose the lasagne with garlic bread my wife had Chicken Stroganoff with rice we had a portion of homemade chips and homemade onion rings all was cooked to perfection really could not fault anything will definitely return in the future …

Just a lovely lunch here , felt very safe all covid guidelines in place. Staff where friendly service was quick. Ordered cheese baked potato and a chicken wrap. Both where delicious and plenty on the plate. Will definitely be back maybe dinner next time.

Food was excellent plus service, we asked for a bottle of red wine with meal this is where it went wrong as we had second bottle & it came to £54.00 just for the 2 bottles of wine, please make sure before you order wine you ask for the wine price list & don't get caught out like we just did

Excellent Hotel, very clean and bright. Covid compliant. Staff are fantastic and the food is exceptional mind we just had he breakfast but did not eat until dinner that night as we were stuffed. Belly Buster. The room we had was very clean to a high standard. There is a fridge (seems standard across the MacAli Hotel group), mini table top size, no noise from it, great size too. Free Wi-Fi which was great signal and super fast Very quiet area where the hotel is. Free car parking Still don't know the managers name but she is very professional, very friendly and I'd highly recommend this hotel and will be staying again at some point. 10/10 for what you're doing and thank you for having us and your food is exceptional too, thank you so much

Excellent hotel with amazing location located in the prestigious West end of Nairn with just a 5 minute walk to the beach and Nairn west golf course. I stayed here myself in a single room for 1 night. Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the staff. I had actually arrived before the designated check in time but this was no hassle and I was able to go straight to my room to drop off my bags. The hotel has recently been refurbished to the highest of standards, yet offers very affordable prices. The town centre is only a 10 minute walk away or 2 min drive, and access to the A96 main road is excellent. I'll definitely be returning, although next time I'll be taking my partner so we can try out the Clava Cairn room with the private hot tub!
