We booked a room at Fairhaven for one night during a road trip. Our welcome couldn't have been more welcoming. Jane is such a lovely woman and the best host one could wish for. She went the extra mile serving us some coffee/tea and cake/cookies upon arrival and making sure we got everything we needed. She had a list of restaurants including their menus and was happy to help reserve a table for us for dinner. Jane and her husband live in the house themselves and offer (as far as I could see) two rooms on the ground floor. The room itself didn't fit much more then the big bed and the table, but was spacious enough for a short time stay. Bathroom on suite was big enough and clean. Small breakfast room for the guests and a small terrace/garden. Price includes a lighter option breakfast of cold meat, cheese, rolls, fruit and cereal or scrambled egg with bacon / smoked salmon. A full cooked Scottish breakfast menu is available on request for £5 per person. Free parking on the streets around. Jane makes you feel like home and I happily think back to our stay at Fairhaven. Clear recommendation!

Lovely owner who provided us with afternoon tea on arrival. Room was spotlessly clean. Close to town centre and the sea. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The room wasn’t huge but big enough. Would definitely recommend.

Myself and two friends stayed for two nights either side of competing in a day long coast to coast running/cycling event. That meant early starts and late finishes, Jane and Ian could not have been more supportive and accommodating. The accommodation itself was perfectly located near the beach and town centre, was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious and Jane even made some porridge for us ready for our 5am start! We had to be very careful not to over eat before or event! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their B&B to anyone heading to (or near) Nairn. Thank you again to Jane and Ian for making everything so easy and comfortable for us!
