The Hotel reception lounge needing new carpet and coffee table old and tatty. Nice clean modern toilet and friendly staff. The food and service were very good. A dozen of us working in area and booking was mixed up so 3 including myself had to stay in nearby bed breakfast nearby and get breakfast and meal there.It is not suitable...

Stayed here for 1 night on a business trip. Friendly people, decent food, very reasonable priced and a good room, not huge, but big enough for a single and for the price I paid. The hotel is centrally located, everything at walking distance.

I had tried to cancel my booking here 2 days before my arrival, but because I had missed the cutoff time they refused to accept anything less then the full price. The exterior and ground floor were pretty scruffy, but the room itself was clean enough although tiny - it would be ideally suited to someone who enjoys sleeping in...

It was our 25th wedding anniversary had passed this place heaps of times and thought we would try it. So glad we did. The service and food was fantastic. Needs a wee bit of a facelift but then don't we all. Do not pass this by the food was very authentic and good value too. Will be back in September...

Stayed several years ago and still very reasonably priced on 2013 and good value for the area it is in. Good location for touring the surrounding area including castles and Culloden - also if touring to the western mountains,.

Stayed here two nights with my brother in law as we were on motorbikes we always look for hotels with car parks the aurora was spot on .we were greeted by the owner nice guy when i offered to pay he said tomorrow is fine,so we went to our room which was majestic we went out and returned at 12.30pm...

We stayed for two nights during August 2013. The owners, a husband and wife team were very helpful, especially when we had an issue logging on to the free wi-fi (our fault, not theirs). Stayed one night 30th August, very nice twin room (8) top floor good view, comfortable beds and nice décor, breakfast was very good and served with a smile, owners and staff very friendly. If in the area again would stay here, good value for money.
