Stayed with Mike for a couple of nights. Lovely guy and very very helpful. Excellent full cooked breakfast. Extremely good value for money. Recommended a couple of local places to eat as we came by train. Brilliant Indian restaurant on other side of bridge – Only 20 mins to walk. Would definitely come back again.

I stayed three night in the Old Bank House. Thanks to Mike I was able to see so much of this beautiful area, with thoughtful detours to various places on the way. Mike and Josh incredibly frendly and welcoming. Wonderful location - sat in the courtyard in the sun sharing a pot of tea gazing across to the Isle of... More

The owner is an entertainer, every day cute entertainment, almost endless helpful, seeks a solution for everything. Takes care - very child friendly. It was a very enjoyable two-night stay for my son and me, in a well equipted comfortable B&B with convenient ambiente. Free wifi. Rich breakfast, priceworthy. We've been sad as we left but definitely will visit again.

Stayed here as it would accomodate a family and our dog and was close to the ferry port in Skye. This is a friendly family run B&B, wasn't ensuite but was fine for the overnight stay that we required. The owner's son recommended a lovely walk up to the viewing point over the Skye bridge which was spectacular.

Situated right before the bridge to Skye - stayed here overnight driving from Edinburg to Portree. Big family room with beds for everyone. Clean and quaint. Mike was a very attentive and chatty host. Great breakfast - full Scottish - freshly cooked and served.

Michael could not have been more helpful when we were trying to find B&B in Kyle. He went out of his way to accommodate us and was most welcoming and helpful when we arrived. The three of us had a delightful time at the Old Bank House and would recommend it to anyone without hesitation. If we were back in... More

I stayed here for one night while en route to Skye and already feel like I've known Mike (the owner) and his son Josh for ages. They are really the most wonderful and genuine hosts you could ask for, and were very interesting company to have conversations with when I was with them. Mike is a lovely guy who would... More

From time we arrived a friendly place to be. Ideal for touring round Skye and for the short drive to picturesque Plockton. Parking across the road from the Bank. Plenty of places for eating and getting a drink. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Stayed two nights as visitng Skye and Eilean Donan Castle. Very central hotel, basic but comfortable. Michael (owner) is a very good host and is very informative about the area. Room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable.
