Lovely room, lovely breakfast, beautiful view from room!!!! Overlooked the loch. Definitely recommend it. Very easy to book, towels/shower gel etc provided. Probably one off the less expensive but higher standard guest houses on the street.

The staff were friendly and helpful and we did not have cash on us to pay for the room straight away so the owner was happy for us to pay as we left the next day. We booked our room literally 2 minutes before arriving at the property. The breakfast was good and the room was clean and warm. We...

As a solo traveler I was offered the smaller (and much cheaper) small double room. It was a genuine offer as I could have had the bigger room if I wanted. It had everything I needed. Apart from having a bit of trouble working out where to put my large suitcases the size of the room wasn't an issue. The...

I cannot say anything bad about this place, it's very nice in decor (had room one) and the food is very good too. Cooked breakfast for me every morning but a choice of fruits, yogurts and cereals also available, toast as well in abundance. Debbie the owner was very helpful and pleasant and gave us some handy tips on places...

The Fassfern Guesthouse is a great place to stay while in Fort William! The rooms are clean and spacious, Debbie and her husband are gracious and very attentive hosts, and the location is ideal for walking downtown to shops and pubs! Debbie cooks a fantastic breakfast and is happy to accommodate special requests. Everything about our time at Fassfern was...

We spent two nights here in August. Debbie is a very welcoming and non intrusive hostess. Our ground floor room was large, plenty of room for luggage and to spread out. We had a view directly to the water. The bed was large and comfortable. The accomodation is about a 4 minute walk to the town and everything you need....

A nice, big and clean guest house with very friendly staff and rooms with a great view on the loch. The road in front of the building is a bit busy but there is a nice wide lawn in front so you are not directly on the road and traffic does not bother you much. Walking to the main street...

Good location with a short drive to Ben Nevis trail staring point. Only a few minutes walk to town center. Good rooms with view on the loch and good breakfast. Easy parking. Does not accept credit cards. Recommended.

Fassfern is right on the main drag going into Ft. William, so it's a great location for walking into town, and all the outdoor activities associated with this area. For us, it was hiking Ben Nevis, and this suited that need perfectly. It's just a very short drive to the trailhead! Back to the inn - good parking, small room,...
