Very friendly/helpful Housekeeping reception staff. nice large room. we had a room on the street side, we heard people talking and laughing at night but once the pubs closed it went quiet quickly. Enjoyed our stay and we will be booking again in the next few months.
Central location in Fort William. West car park nearby (£5 for overnight). A few pubs around the hotel so got a little noisy later in the evening. Clean and comfortable room, standard Travelodge size and furnishings. Covid precautions well observed. Friendly staff.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Fort William Travelodge. The hotel is located in an excellent spot in the town centre. Parking is nearby, reasonably priced and is free for blue badge holders. The hotel is smaller than a lot of travelodge premises, which suited us. Premises are well maintained, clean and tidy and very observant of social distancing guidelines. The room was spacious, very, very comfortable bed and had tea/coffee facilities. Bathroom was a good size, spotlessly clean, plenty of soap, shampoo in dispensers and extremely powerful shower. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. However, the girl on reception with Polish/Russian? accent (sorry I never got her name) was exceptionally helpful. This young lady was an absolute gem and is a real credit to the Travelodge brand.…
The toilet / Shower had previous occupants hair and fluff. It wasnt clean. Bed base corner's had lots dirt/dust. I then noticed skirting , room heater , headboard in room were dirty too. Headboard light was broken
The room had almost everything we required. Comfy beds. TV and kettle provided. We had a disabled bathroom as booked on the day. Shower handle was damaged and if I hadn't seen it, I would have cut myself on the sharp edge. Polite staff. No parking at the hotel, but there is all day parking for £5 nearby.
