My single room overlooked the Loch and was surprisingly spacious. Bed comfortable and clean and a good bathroom with efficient walk-in shower. Lochs and Glens hotels are well run and extremely good value for money. Staff cannot be faulted, they are friendly and efficient. Dining for comparatively large numbers of visitors is efficiently planned and you are never rushed. The...

Excellent service from the hotel as part of a Lochs and Glens holiday. Staff were friendly and helpful and appeared genuinely keen to provide a good service. We were greeted on arrival at the hotel and when entering for breakfast and evening meal each day by smiling staff.Breakfast and evening meals provided a good choice. Arrive late on Friday after a long journey from Essex. Greeted pleasantly and give room details. Our room (on the 2nd floor with a side view of the Loch) was large, clean and well equipped. Staff were helpful and mealtimes well organised although a little regimented. Bar choices of beer was limited but a very good and cheap selection of...

We stayed at the Highland Hotel with Lochs and Glens holidays and it was delightful. The staff are brilliant and looked after us very well and we couldn't fault them. The hotel rooms are clean and smart and the decor of the hotel is very tastefully done. We had a really great stay and would recommend it to anyone.
