Chose this hotel for its location in the centre of Fort William. We stayed in a premier deluxe twin room which allowed us to access the premium wifi at no extra cost. The room was fine & the beds comfortable. Fresh milk is available at the bar if you are making tea or coffee in the room and don't like...

Spent two nights here staying in a superior twin room on the third floor. The room was warm and comfortable and the "premium" wifi worked well. It was good to be able to get fresh milk to take to the bedroom. The breakfast buffet was adequate although the hot buffet was lukewarm rather than hot.A range of gluten free options was available.We...

We stayed here in 2 family rooms before a trip on the Jacobite steam railway Santa train. It was warm and comfortable, with plenty of space to sit and chat by a fire downstairs. The rooms were comfortable and excellent for a family. The staff were all very friendly and professional.

Up to our room on the third floor, room had been renovated but still had a warm cosy feeling and a gorgeous modern bathroom, love the tap wear guys. Breakfast buffet was more than sufficient with a...

First, after not sleeping at all the night before at BWPalace in Inverness where the beds were rock hard, it was a relief that there was enough softness to the beds that we could sleep -- until just after midnight when the snorer next door woke us up and we couldn't get back to sleep. It had been difficult to...
