Wonderfully clean and had everything you would need. Only thing was there was dog hair on the dishes and one time a hair in our coffee   press. The hostess was very kind, welcoming, and helpful. She even called in a dinner reservation for us. Breakfast was well organized and delicious - there was a set menu which included traditional highland...

She was adorable, and the place was spacious and clean. Quiet neighbourhood and the restaurant in the pier was really good. Breakfast was delicious and they were really nice couple trying to make us feel like home

The rooms are nicely appointed, the breakfast is delicious, and the innkeeper is happy to help with suggestions and recommendations. The location is just two blocks from the river walk and is an easy walk (about half a mile) to the downtown restaurants and shops. We'd be happy to stay again.

This B&B is wonderful. Alison was a great host and provided a delicious breakfast each morning. My room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. It's within easy walking distance of the town center, bakeries, groceries, and the river. Would highly recommend!

If you want a very clean, nice and comfortable stay, this is the place. Good brakfast. But overall is the fine and friendly attention of Mrs. Alison. five minutes from the Ness riverside, where a pleasant wlak can be made to the city center.

Many thanks to Alison and Hector for a lovely stay. The accommodation was luxurious. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh fruit and nuts. The WiFi signal was strong and consistent. Parking was provided but the house is just a 10 min walk to the city centre. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

My best friend and I were visiting Inverness for two nights from the US, and this B&B could not have been more perfect. Easy to find and a short walk from the bus station (we flew in to Inverness and took a bus from the airport to the bus station). It was an easy walk to restaurants and the city...

Stayed at this lovely b&b for two nights, June 18&19th whilst visiting Inverness for the Rod Stewert concert. It is fantastically located for the lovely town centre and the roads up into the Highlands. We visited several beautiful areas from this great location. Room was spotless and generously proportioned. Free wifi and all the amenities you could want. Great highland...

A really good B&B. Spotlessly clean and the rooms are of a very good size. Alison is a winderful host. Very helpful with restaurant tips and advice about the area. Breakfasts were great, with plenty of choice. A short walk to the centre and off road car parking. Highly recommended.
