Fantastic modern rooms and spotless beautiful ensuite. Michelle and Brian were very friendly and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. Lots of lovely extras like fridge with fresh milk, sweets, cotton buds. Fantastic breakfast choices too!

Michelle and Brian are always welcoming. Always go to Lynver when we are in Inverness. They think if everything and love the little touches too. Rooms are modern clean and comfortable. Breakfast is amazing. Would never stay anywhere else in Inverness.

We stayed two nights at this excellent B & B in charming Inverness. The location is perfect - close enough to walk to downtown shopping and attractions, and there are very nice lunch/dinner restaurants within just a few minutes walk. The room we had (at the front of the house) was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished. We didn't notice any...

Completely echo the words of other reviews - Brian and Michelle are wonderful hosts. The room is appointed beautifully and with much thought - bottled water, a folder of maps and guides for the area, restaurant menus, dvd selection, just to name a few. Michelle welcomed us warmly upon arrival, and was helpful in providing directions for day trips around...

Hosts were very friendly. Location is convenient to downtown. We were in the room at the front of the house so could hear the traffic on the busy road. Ask for a room at the back of the house if you are a light sleeper.

Bed was very comfortable and what we needed for a good nights sleep. The following morning a fantastic breakfast was served anda very helpful Michelle helped us book bus tickets...

Our hosts, Brian & Michelle obviously enjoy meeting new people & making them feel welcome. They were a fountain of information on where to go to in Inverness & further afield. Our room was very spacious & comfortable. A very modern & clean bathroom. Walking distance to a number of pubs for an ale or a meal. The breakfast offering was...
