Fantastic B&B, best I've stayed in by far in Inverness. Spotless clean, fabulous fresh breakfast & the room was huge with its own sitting area. I have already recommended this place to family & friends.

We stayed here for a couple of days and it was absolutely amazing. Not only this was a very clean and welcoming b&b very close to the city centre, but also we had the chance to spend some time in a very cosy and quiet environment, where we could definitely feel home. This is thanks to the landlady and her staff who... More

We had a lovely time, the room was spacious, beds were lovely to sleep in, and the hospitality was amazing. The guest house was very warm and homely, we felt very welcomed. There was plenty of buses to take us places, also lots of places to eat out for the evening. Hope to visit again in the near future.

Very comfortable home and extremely friendly staff. Breakfast was the best. A little way out of town, but walkable. Super restaurants in Inverness. Best were Kitchen Brasserie and The Mustard Seed. Lovely house in a lovely town!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and were impressed. The B&B had everything we needed, large comfy bedroom with a sofa and plenty of space to spread out. The en suite bathroom was small but it didn't cause us any issues. The breakfast was amazing and we didn't really need to eat again till evening time! The... More

Margaret and Sandy have a lovely place. Our hosts were helpful and kind. I had double booked and Sandy fixed the problem with booking and found folks to rent the room. I was grateful for his help. Margaret was warm and welcoming and kind. Thank-you for the pleasant stay!

Room was large, bed a good size. Mini frig in the room with chilled water inside. Tea and coffee supplies in room. Harder stuff available also. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choices. Nice attention to details and nice amenities. Close to bus stop that takes you into city center.

A really welcoming place to stay on our visit to Inverness. Sandy and Margaret were wonderful hosts. The breakfasts were top notch . The room was well more than we expected and the location was lovely and quiet yet not far out of town.
