The room was a bit small, but quite lovely. The concierge was very helpful. The bathroom was particulrly well-done. In terms of location we could not have done better, we walked out the front door straight onto the trail by the river. There were daffodils everywhere!

Very friendly staff and quite knowledgeable about the area! A more than decent room which was in the back - so while it didn't have a view of the river - it was a very quiet sleep during the night. Breakfast was delicious and location was excellent. Would stay there again as more than worth the price ;)

Really love inverness ive stayed there many times in numerous places and we have some good family friends there so we decided to stay at this B&B and it looked reasonable, we were greeted well by the owners and they helped us with our bags and seemed rather genuine. The location was ideal and the rooms were nice and there...

This B&B is good, spoilt only by the compulsory TV in the breakfast room. I'm from a generation that doesn't expect or want that. Rooms are comfortable. My en suite bathroom was a little small, but well designed.

This was my first stay here, having been recommended by friends. I was greeted at reception by the owners who were both friendly and attentive. My room felt a bit small and the décor was a little dated, but it was exceptionally clean, warm and well appointed. The view from the window, particularly at nightfall, was quite stunning. The bathroom looked...

I visited strathness house with my 2 friends overnight and we were very pleased with our room. The beds were so comfy and the rooms were lovely and warm. We loved the little extras in the bathroom and the coffee, biscuits etc. The only thing we would like to say was that the couple that greeted us at the desk...

This was our fourth one night stay in this immaculate and excellent Listed Building next to the River Ness and opposite to the Cathedral. Only a few minutes walk from Eden Court Theatre and Cinema with its restaurant and bars, and only a slightly longer walk into the main shopping street in Inverness. Very friendly and caring owners determined to...

The room was small but comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the castle and river. Parking on the street was straightforward. Might be a tough spot for older folks with luggage - I don't believe there was an elevator, and we carried our stuff up the stairs.
