Inverglen is a Victorian stone villa built in 1894 with many traditional features as well as modern comforts. Our B&B is situated in the quiet residential Crown area, which is only five minutes walk to the centre of Inverness. Therefore, the range of shops, restaurants & pubs are easily visited, while leaving your car in our private car park. The Inverness Railway Station and Inverness Bus Station are also only 5 to 10 minutes walk away or, if your cases are heavy, a very short and inexpensive taxi ride. Inverness Airport is only 15 minutes away by car.

I had a relaxing and comfortable stay at Inverglen Guest house. They have private parking behind the bnb which is very useful and safe, it’s a short walk into the centre of Inverness (also through safe streets) and the breakfast was lovely! The pressure in the shower was also fantastic and the room was warm with a very comfy bed. I’ll definitely visit again if I’m back in Inverness!

John and Susan were very welcoming and were most helpful with sightseeing tips and suggestions. The whole experience, both room and breakfast, was top-notch. The location is perfect, as it's a short walk into the centre of Inverness. All in all, a most enjoyable stay.

Hi there Thanks so much for choosing Inverglen for your recent stay in Inverness. We appreciate that travelling at the moment can still cause some anxiety due to the changes because of Coronavirus, but our scenery and wide open spaces are still beautiful and with fewer tourists than usual still quite empty! We have had to make some changes to our house and hospitality services since the pandemic, but we are delighted that you still enjoyed your stay with us so much, and hope you had a safe journey home via Dundee. Kind regards, Susan & John

My husband and I spent a night here this week. Inverglen is a traditional style B&B in large house near the town centre. We were the only guests and it was extremely quiet. We had to change rooms because of a problem with the bathroom - but it wasn't at all an issue. Well equipped room. Comfortable bed. Owners are friendly and very helpful. Excellent breakfast with loads of choice. Decent value. Recommended.

Hi Martin Thanks so much for staying at Inverglen for your recent trip to Inverness. We're so pleased you enjoyed your stay with us, and really appreciate you taking the time to write such a lovely review. Hopefully your trip home wasn't as bad as the drive up? The snow seemed to be melting fast, and we haven't had another flake of snow since! Happy New Year, and Kind Regards, Susan & John

We enjoyed our stay at this top quality Guest House in Inverness. The room was very comfortable and made all the more pleasurable by our hosts John and Susan who were very welcoming and informative about Inverness and the surrounding area. We will be returning to Inverness sometime next year and will choose to stay at Inverglen Guest House. We can also recommend the excellent breakfast.
