The drinks were fab at spoons as per usual! Can’t say the same about the staff though! They accused us of ordering loads of drinks to our table and even told us we had to leave, it made me very upset. I understand it was a stressful time for staff but there is no need to take it out on customers! They however did come and apologise which I appreciate but it should never have happened in the first place, I felt like I had to prove myself. I offered proof to them they still told us to leave. It wasn’t until an adult that told them what actually happened then they listened, why would they not just listen to us in the first place?? Such a put off!! But as I said they did come apologise so that’s one good thing. I wasn’t happy at all, made us feel like utter crap

Was pleasantly surprised with the size of the room. The bottled water, shortbread and fresh new towels. Hotel is central, so easy walk to shops and bars/restaurants. Parking outside is free for 15 minutes, £1 to park for a max of 1 hour. So checking in was easy, multi-storey car park 3 minutes away. £7 for 24 hours and £5 for each subsequent 24 hours, so not bad at all. Room was at the back, so relatively quiet. We could hear people in the Black Isle beer garden but it wasn’t noisy. Impressed with the cleaning in the room and staff were very friendly. Great value and will stay here again.

Had a one night stop over , clean room , friendly staff , great location very quiet area with very little traffic noise. Even though we were running late on arrival day the staff were very helpful so when we arrived at midnight there were no hassle and checked into our room within minutes . Ideal for a cheap full Scottish breakfast next door

I think they must have a new chef. I had a pizza but the mozzarella was like rubber I could only eat a little. Dirty tables, though the COVID secure stuff was sort of happening. Very slow drinks service via the app, but the staff said they were staff short.

We stayed 2 nights at start of our Scottish road trip. Room was stunning - clean, modern and comfortable. We had a king-size super comfy bed and the bathroom was immaculate with great shower. The value for money can not be denied. We gave stayed at other Wetherspoons and always recommend. Food and drinks exceptional value too. Wouldn't choose to stay anywhere else when in Inverness.
