Very friendly host. Very accommodating! Breakfast was great. Its nice and quiet and the host will go out of their way to help you out. Wifi was poor, but that is my only concern. Walking to a restaurant, pub, local sights, by the river, to a grocery store, or a laundry is all very convenient. The property is in a...

Found this place through the local Tourist Bureau and I was absolutely delighted. The hosts were fantastic and the room clean and comfortable. The location to Inverness was ideal and there was onsite parking. Breakfast was excellent and the overall experience was wonderful. I really enjoyed my stay and I'm so pleased I found it. Highly recommended.

Stayed two nights at this excellent establishment which never fails to impress. Bedrooms very comfortable, Carol and Donald are most welcoming and also very informative. The breakfasts are a credit to their catering ability and the Stornoway black pudding and sausages are delicious. Eden House is like a magnet always drawing you back.

We stayed one night on the last leg of our tour of Scotland. We were given a warm welcome and had a lovely room looking out on to the garden. We walked into the city along by the Ness River and had dinner at McGonagall's in Bridge Street, which I can highly recommend. Inverness has a lot to offer and...
