easy to find location just off A9. We found the staff all very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and quiet. Lovely after a long journey. The free wi fi is an added bonus .

When you stay in hotels for either business or leisure - and it seems to be more the case when you have to stay away from your family on business - it is refreshing when the staff truly treat you like a human being and try to make your stay genuinely better. I can't praise the staff here enough -...

The hotel is a bit old than the other ones. The staff are as friendly and efficient as the others but the amenities and facilities of this property is a level down. Over-all still nice but can improve.

This is a lovely quiet place to stay the rooms were so clean and brilliant working shower. The staff were very helpful and very efficient when we booked in. This was our first stay here. We usually stay in one of the other Inverness Premier inns. This one is definitely not on same level. The room was ok but the floors hadn't been hoovered or bathroom floor cleaned, it didn't look like the place had been dusted either, lots of cob webs on walls and ceiling. The room was...

I stayed at this hotel while my husband was in Raigmore Hospital having a knee replacement operation. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. They always asked how he was, offered me a room on ground floor in case he got out early and needed to stay before we went home. He also stayed the night before...

A very comfortable hotel. Spacious rooms. Very clean. Staff seem invested and motivated. We were made to feel valued and welcome. Beds are so comfortable that it's a chore to get up. Convenient location

Usually book Premier Inn on a regular basis. Very disappointed on this occasion - room very cold even though temperature set for 22 degrees, lumpy bed and noisy neighbours. Went home after the 2nd night!
