Bed was really comfortable as they normally are & the staff at reception really nice. Bad points: hairs in the bath tub. Room was really cold even when putting the heating up. Drips on your head from the bathroom ceiling. Tap water tricklies out. The take away food menu is absolutely vile, not ideal when working away from home, suffered it for 3 days, reheated cheap supermarket crap!!! Breakfast very average and black pudding always half cooked. The lift in the anex building had the same stains on the floor and panels since I arrived, clearly not cleaned. Put my do not disturb sign up as I didn't want anyone in for obvious reason with covid... Not one fresh towel was left outside my door all weekend, that's surley a no brainer for the staff. Cleaners and guests walking about with no masks on. Overall it wasn't a very good experience and I certainly wouldn't book this place again, very disappointed.…
We stayed here during the Covid-19 pandemic for our car to be serviced and booked here for convenience more than anything. On arrival the reception staff put us at ease fully explaining the protocols and directed us to the rooms. The restaurant was only take away due to the restrictions, but breakfast was being served. Both rooms were very clean, we had tea and coffee and the towels etc were left in bags. Breakfast im thr morning was brilliant. Probably the best set up we have seen in the pandemic. Our table was in the corner with screens around us and the next tables cordoned off. Staff either served in uniform, or cleared wearing PPE. The staff themselves were excellent. The breakfast was great and all served to the table, but the staff went over and above to mke us feel comfortable. I watched a lady sanitise, wipe down under and on top of the table, then spray the chairs on top, and then where you put your hands to move the chair. Despite staying in more expensive hotels too, this was by far, above and beyond what we expected, and also vegter than the service we received in other highland hotels. Well done Premier Inn. You nailed it. …
Had a very lovely weekend staff were absolutely perfect room was spotless breakfast was lovely nothing to much bother would recommend this place xx I’m not good at walking it’s bout 15 minute walk in2 centre so I had 2 take car
Have stayed at the hotel both before and after lockdown. Pleasant staff and good rooms. Easy access into the city and away from the city to be quiet. Good restaurant and breakfast. Usually first stop looked at when staying in Inverness
Stayed here one night after flying in, very convenient for airport. Location good for city centre about 20 minute walk. Road is busy but didn't hear noise at night. Room fine, comfy bed as ever and excellent value. Restaurant set up odd after the latest announcement take away room service only, even for drinks and breakfast.
