I spent two lovely nights at The Kemps which I enjoyed very much. The owners are so nice and accommodating and considering it's near the town center surprisingly quiet, handy parking at the rear of the building and two supermarkets very close by, I look forward to my next visit, proper little home from home.

I have never been to a bed & breakfast because I'm was afraid that the "amateur" services wouldn't be up to the standard of an hotel. The Kemps B&B proved me wrong. It also set the standard to a very high level for the next B&Bs I will visit in the future. The rooms is just like the garden and...

A leisurely 20 minutes walk from the railway station so good for train excursions to the Kyle, Thurso and Aberdeen. Room and bathroom spotless and very pleasant hosts who were willing to offer that bit extra. Good to have a residents' lounge and off road parking too. Will recommend.

Stayed for one night and had a lovely time. Eunice and Brian are lovely hosts, room and bathroom was tidy and clean, the breakfast was good too. Even though the guest house is located to a busy street, I didn't hear any traffic noise in my room.

He was very easy to talk to and very helpful in where to eat and about the area. The room was great, super clean, comfy bed,...

The B&B is about a 15 minute walk from the train station. The room and bathroom were very clean. Eunice and Brian were great hosts. They recommended a couple of wonderful restaurants in the area. The breakfasts were delicious. I would definitely recommend this place

The rooms were spotless and well appointed. The breakfast was beautifully cooked and filling. The hosts were friendly and helpful, you couldn't ask for more. It is a short walk to anywhere in downtown Inverness so you could easily get by without a car (although probably too long a walk with bags from train or bus station).
