This B & B is within walking distance of the town centre and I was given a very friendly greeting on arrival by Gary Byrne. The bedroom I was given was very clean, spacious and included a spotless En-Suite bathroom. The double bed was comfortable to sleep in with little or no traffic noise disturbing me. I particularly liked that...

We booked a last minute weekend away in this B&B as we had stayed here before and loved the place! Location is great with town only 5 mins walk and loads of tourist attractions around - we were on the hunt for Nessie! The B&B is spotless, rooms had everything we needed and were cosy and warm in the cold...

Fairfield Lodge was our second B&B on our Scotland travels. It is in a great location in central Inverness with a 10 minute walk to the downtown and restaurant area. The B&B was OK, although the bedroom was very small with a tiny bathroom and shower. Gary was an interesting man with rather strong opinions. When we arrived it was...

Enjoyed a very pleasant stay at Fairfield. The accommodation and Breakfast was excellent. Gary is an interesting host. Is always ready to assist and discuss Golf. Property is reasonably close to Town and has on site parking.

I could tell a long, funny story about spending an afternoon in a pub with Gary and his friends, but just suffice to say that the host of this excellent place to stay is one of the funniest people we have ever met. Pleasant, fun, accomodating, I could go on. The place itself is wonderful and has everything you need...

As always, nothing is too much trouble for Gary. My wife had to wear a plastic boot because of a foot injury and he even offered to bring her breakfast up to the room. Room was spotlessly clean, compact but very comfortable and very competitively priced. We will return.

We started our cycling holiday @ this Bed & Breakfast. Nice warm welcome, helpful host, clean room, good bed and véry good Scottish breakfast. Not a place to stay for longer time because the room (or at least the room we had) is a bit small.

Great welcome especially as we arrived early hours of morning due to technical problems with our plane. Clean, comfortable and great breakfast. Highly recommended. Very convenient for airport and local areas of interest eg. Battlefield at Culloden.

This is a good bed and breakfast close to Inverness city. Only a 10 minute walk to the city. The room had been refurbished and was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was modern although small - can't swing a cat in this one! But the shower was good. There are stairs but our host carried our cases up for us!...
