We booked our 50th Wedding Anniversary lunch at the Loch Ness Country House Hotel and we were very impressed with the care that the hotel staff took to ensure that our day was special. We had heard excellent reports about the hotel so booked the lunch 4 months early to ensure we had our preferred date. Over the following 3...

I took my partner here for 2 nights back in February. This place has it all. From booking to check out I could not fault this place. When we checked in we were greeted by extremely friendly reception staff who couldn't do enough to help us. Showed to our room with fantastic views out to the pristine gardens and beyond....

Attended the hotel for a wedding. I could not fault this place as a venue or a hotel. The meal was beautiful, the service could not be faulted. The view from the hotel and decking was grand especially if the sun is shining. Bar prices were good for a venue of this standard.

We booked this room only a few weeks out and were pleasantly surprised at the value, location, and overall perfect fit. We were coming from Forres and headed to Glen Coe and wanted to overnight somewhere near Urquhart Castle so we could visit the Loch Ness exhibition and Urquhart castle early and then spend the remainder of the day hiking...

Stayed here on a road trip with three friends. When we arrived we were told there was a problem with the plumbing in one of our rooms so we were offered the choice of one room in the main house and one in a cottage on the grounds, or switching both rooms to the cottage. We opted for the cottage,...

My wife & I and my parents stayed for three nights at the end of March. The young staff were excellent, creating a great vibe from the moment we checked in. Both couples were very happy with their quite different rooms (I loved the high-ceilinged, calm green room called More. Great deep bathtub, too.) Very comfortable beds. We ate at...

Had never visited this hotel before so didn't know what to expect. We were greeted by a very polite and cheery member of staff who enquired if we would like our tea in the lounge or the dining room. We opted for the dining room as thought it would be easier. After being shown to a spotless and beautifully laid...

While you don't want to visit after such a sad occasion, the hotel staff made us feel comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. Everyone was polite and welcoming. All the food offered was home made and delicious and plenty of it. It was perfect setting to sit and reminisce over all the memories of our Mum. Thank you.

We stayed in the Avon room for two nights in March and the room was so stunning! My now fiance purposed in that very room while I sat in the left armchair by the window, the view and room made it the perfect moment. Staff were very pleasant and polite. The lounge is a lovely place to sit curled up...

My husband and I stayed here for our 1st Wedding Anniversary. We loved the location, surrounded by beautiful countryside and beautiful gardens which we walked in one frosty morning. The room and bathroom were bigger than we expected for a standard room and the hotel was generally lovely and quiet. The bar manned by a knowledgeable member of staff and...
