My wife & me had an absolutely fantastic weeks stay with Peter & Zhanara and little Fay, it was a real family atmosphere, and they could not do enough for us, Zhanara took Yelena shopping and showed us the beautiful city of Inverness. The room was perfect and well looked after daily, the Scottish Breakfast was out of this world...especially...

I discovered Heathcote via word of mouth and have since stayed many times. The lovely rooms are large and very well equiped. The en suite shower rooms have lots of added extras. Peter and Zhanara are welcoming, excellent hosts and made all my stays times to remember! The accomodation is bright, fresh and airy, with many extras. Breakfast is beyond...

We've been travelling with our little daughters (2+6yrs) to beautiful Scotland. And we had chosen Heathcote as basecamp to explore the area around Inverness. An excellent choice! The house is really sweet and tidy. Peter and Zhanara provide super-fine hospitality and their little daugther Fay kept our two busy while we enjoyed breakfast. 5 out of 5 - if we...

My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights this past week. Peter was an amazing host who provided us with fabulous information about the city as well as a delicious breakfast. Very accomodating! The rooms were very clean, had lots of space, and en suite bathroom. Location is a 15 minute walk from the train station. A very pleasant...

Lovely spacious room and bathroom. Breakfast wonderful! Peter's Scrambled egg especially to be recommended. The best we have ever had! Nice and clean everywhere and Peter and Zhanara most helpful - Even put a load of washing on for us and let me wash the car after the seagulls had attacked it!

I felt more like I was in a hotel than a person's home. I realize that this is a business, but the furnishings were odd (Caribbean-themed?), there were cold-feeling fire doors everywhere, and the hostess never appeared. I was actually looking forward to breaking out my Russian for practice (that's actually why we chose this B&B), but I never had...

I will start this review with a HUGE thank you to Peter and Zhanara! You made me feel like i was truly at home - not just a guest in a B&B. 10 days away from my family was never going to be easy, but you both made me feel relaxed and comfortable. My room was clean, well equipped and...

This place didn't offer much in the way of personality, either from the owners or the decor etc. It was far from awful -- just not the best you can do. Location's decent.

We arrived late on the day of travelling and were made to feel extremely welcome. Peter and Zhanara were exceptional hosts and we were made to feel very much at home. Clean towels daily, rooms made up daily, regular daily updates on the weather and everything else in life for that matter from Peter. Spacious and airy rooms and a...
