This B and B was comfortable and close to the centre of Inverness. The room was small though practical, with tea/coffee and shower. It was very quiet which was a bonus. Breakfast was buffet style and good quality. Shame we didn't really get a chance to talk to any staff though!

The otel located 3 minutes to the river and Cathedral and 10 minutes to the old town, where all the bars, pubs, restaurants and other main tourist landmarks located. Parking in front of the hotel is public and You have to pay for it. It is not very expensive, but still not for free, not belongs to the property... Reception...

the Ardross hotel is ideally situated for accessing all parts of the city. We were there for 1 night only & the owner was very helpful showing us a shortcut to the theatre, places where to eat afterwards. the rooms were lovely ideal for a 1/2 night stay. Breakfast was self service from 7-9, we went down at 8.30 some...

Room 35. Bedroom was clean and beds comfy. Bathroom suffers from surface damp. Has an accessible shower but the shower itself is an electric one with a poor spray flow. Only decaf coffee sachets available on the tray and lead for the kettle far too short so kettle has to be boiled elsewhere and carried - not good in a...

I stayed here one night as part of a Rabbie's tour. The rooms are a little basic and outdated, but clean and comfortable enough and the staff was friendly. Only a 10 or so minute walk into the city centre.

Do not recommend! 2 days before I was due to go I was involved in a serious RTA and so was unable to go. I was unable to complete their online cancellation and despite informing them of my situation I was still charged for the room! Disgusting!

Booked 4 nights here. The room was very clean and comfortable with a good shower although held in place with black tape! Excellent location with walking distance of the river, shops and restaurants. We just did room only so cannot comment on breakfast but took advantage of the hospitality tray. Would stay again. The only thing we found annoying was...

Room was spacious, comfortable and clean, location of guest house was close to city centre but very quiet with little or no outside noise. The only niggle was the hospitality tray with tea, coffee and biscuits which was provided and replenished each day - the only coffee provided was caffeine free

Stayed here on Sunday. Couldn't check in early as rooms weren't ready- had to wait until 3 which was a bit inconvenient but understandable. The room itself was very nice, clean and warm. Shower was great, though I can't wash my hair with shower gel. Shampoo would be nice. Slept well though and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was pretty...

My niece and I stayed for one night on our way through Inverness. It's in an ideal location and the breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Walls are a little thin and our neighbors were quite loud but we still got a good nights sleep. Great place for the price.
