clean tidy and comfortable would definitely recommend. a haven after a long working day. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, close to amenities which was good for take away food in the current climate.

We had to travel during lockdown in order to get car fixed (we live 130 miles from garage). It had to be in early as we didn’t know how long it would be in for and we didn’t want to be wandering around with nowhere to go etc. We stayed overnight so car would be at garage first thing, car took longer than expected but hotel kindly let us extend to a late checkout to accommodate.

Went above and beyond to help out during an unpredicted and unexpected person circumstance change. Called first and then booked online. Was told of needed 2 nights I would be able to keep the same room. Asked for extra coffee and milk and was no hassle for Ed at all. Had a wee chat and he’s a good member of staff.

Outstanding value at £28.99 for a family room for myself and my daughter (including £3 for wifi). Room was spotless, modern and excellent standard. Fantastic shower too, really powerful. Can't fault it a 5 minute walk from the train station.

Although I had stayed previously in a Travelodge on the outskirts of Inverness, this was my first stay here. It was a bit smaller than I expected but I was only staying a short while. The bed was huge and clean and comfortable. I really need more 'bedside table' space and would do if staying longer. The room was warm when I arrived and there was an open window (important in these covid days). I felt I could trust that the room had been properly cleaned. I would like more milk cartons, teabags, coffee sachets etc.
