Absolut empfehlenswert ***** Die Zimmer sind schön, sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Eleanors Gastfreundschaft übertrifft sogar noch ihre Kochkünste ;0) "Not all those who wander are lost" and they will find a friendly, warm and welcome rest at this place.

Daughter and I went to Inverness for 1 night to do Christmas shopping. We stayed here many years ago and were pleased then so booked again. So glad we did we got a very warm welcome and the twin room was excellent with all the extras tea, coffee plenty towels etc. As an unexpected treat we were given a glass...

A very nice B&B and centrally located. Parking is a little awkward but it's only a block away so no problem. Besides, you pass a Starbucks coffe coffee shop on the way to your car. And the Starbucks serves Guiness! If you are on crutches or you can't wald a block to get your car you may not want this...

This is a fantastic guest house, in an excellent location. I stayed here for three nights and every morning was greeted to a lovely breakfast; the home-made porridge is highly recommended . The room was bright, clean and modern with lovely extras including well stocked tea/coffee making facilities and wifi. Eleanor is a wonderfully friendly and welcoming host, and I...

I have stayed here three times now and would not consider staying anywhere else in Inverness now. Friendly, well appointed and with easy access to the town and facilities. I have recommended Castle View to friends, colleagues and Family members who would likely stay in Inverness.

Super friendly staff. She even gave us some cheese. We were right across the river from the castle. We enjoyed every encounter with her; she was interesting and fun to talk to. She went out of her way to accommodate our stay. We will highly recommend her to our friends.

We can't say enough positive things about Castleview. To start with Eleanor was the sweetest person in the world. The best host we came across in our month in the UK. Not that we require to be spoiled, but Eleanor was always so eager to help us in whatever we needed. The breakfast she prepares every day is amazing. Then...

Amazing, yummy breakfast - Cooked or Continental, with fantastic Hostess doing so much to enable guests to have whatever specific tastes they need, even going shopping during whatever day to buy extra specifics needed by guests! Wow! Cooks special porridge and gives honey produced by bees kept by a friend of hers along the Moray coast! Very clean and comfortable...

We stayed 2 nights. Excellent location with free parking in back of Eden Theatre, a short walk. Eleanor was simply the best hostess we have encountered in our years of travel. The breakfast one of the best with excellent variety and porridge so creamy with locally sourced honey. We ate at Riva and Mustard Seed. Both very good. Highly recommend...

We were doing a trip around Scotland by bicycle. Eleanor was extremely accommodating, providing a place for us to assemble our bikes and storage for our luggage while we were gone. She even accepted delivery of a package we had shipped to her house before our arrival! She keeps the place impeccably clean, offers a large breakfast, and is genuinely...
