We stayed for one night and called up just before arriving on a last minute stop. They allowed us to book straight through them which was a cheaper price than online and were more than helpful. Everything about the guest house really impressed us. Their attention to detail is second to none and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. The room was beautifully furnished and clean and breakfast was amazing. Incredible value for money and would stay again for sure if ever you this way. I really couldn’t recommend this more! Thank you so much

The arrival here was a little different than most places, you have to drive down a lane to get to the parking, but there was plenty of parking. Partner was a little put off when she found the bathroom was separate from our room, but it was exclusive to us and not shared so that was OK. The bed was nice and soft and the place had a warm and friendly feel to it. Now about the hostess, what can I say but she was great and very helpful. The food she cooked was to order and nice and tasty. The stories and advise about traveling the area was very helpful to. Only about 15 minutes walk to town and to the banks of the Ness river. If there was any criticism, it would be that you need to be so careful coming out the drive onto the road as the visibility is poor due to high fences and hedges. Take it slow and you should be fine.

Only stayed one night in this lovely B&B on a short trip to Inverness. Highly recommend. Room 4 was spacious with lovely beds and private bathroom (Not an en suite). Plenty of tea, coffee, milk in room with good storage and a hair dryer. Beautiful gardens and parking outside. Walking distance to nice pub for dinner.Great breakfast and tried haggis for 1st time, delicious. Thank you Kevin and Janice.

Charming site. Perfect to be or share part of that charm. Everything is close and you can walk anywhere while watching the unique chimneys of the buildings. I loved the stay. Moreover, I loved the company.
