Had a lovely stay here. Quiet location. Parking at the rear of the property. The owners were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. 10 minutes from the town centre. Would definitely recommend it.

A brilliant guesthouse run by a wonderful couple. From the checkin to the breakfast everything was brilliant. Very charming and cosy. We chose it via hotels.com and I must say all of the pictures and the description does it justice and perhaps undersells it. A brilliant place to stay.

My husband and I spent two nights in Inverness at Rossmount Guest House and had such a wonderful stay! Robert and his wife were very welcoming and we enjoyed talking with them during breakfast and at the end of the evening. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms were so charming and very clean. The guest house is only a short...

This B&B is relatively basic but perfect for a short stay. It's spotless, organised, well run and serves up a really nice breakfast. Good hosts and everything has been thought of. Recommended. They do exactly what they say they do!

My husband and I stayed here for three nights in December and had a beautiful time. I had searched the endless options listed on the internet for accommodation in the area which we could afford and after discounting a lot of them I finally stumbled across this place and was so excited when I read the reviews, it seemed perfect,...

We were made to feel extremely welcome by our hosts right from the very start and have to say that they are an absolutely charming couple who know how to look after their guests. If I were to have criticism, it would only amount to two extremely minor observations that really are from my personal perspective in that I prefer...

We stayed there for 2 nights. Our host was very friendly and quirky, definitely brought some joy on tiring mornings. He was also very helpful with the area. The rooms were very spacious, it must have been an old building since the rooms were very high and with a majestic feel that I haven't felt since I was in Budapest....

My friend and I stayed here 2 nights while we were in Inverness. It was a beautiful place to stay, gorgeous rooms, a lovely breakfast, and Ruth and Robert were lovely people. Really great breakfast, we were full all day and I would recommend the homemade lemon curd! An added bonus was it was a short walk into town and...

Owners are lovely and make you feel very welcome. Had a great nights sleep and thoroughly enjoyed my short stay. I was given some very good tips about local attractions and places to eat. Very much value for money.

Rossmount is a lovely bed and breakfast that makes you feel at home in Inverness. Robert was so helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The bathrooms are excellent, even though they are shared (don't let that put you off). It is in a good location and is great value too. There were plenty...
