First time I've stayed here although I've driven past the place many times. It offers a great location at a good price in what can be an expensive city for accommodation. Very friendly and helpful staff but the only downside for me was the wifi signal which was very poor. Having said that the weather conditions weren't brilliant and other...

All you would expect from a good Hotel, clean, friendly staff and good value for money. The room was well laid out and beds very comfortable. I would stay here again and recommend to other people. Irn Bru a nice touch in the room.

Stayed for a couple of nights, 17-19 Feb, the staff are very friendly , there's parking on site, sports bar very busy but it was a weekend, dinners were excellent , easy 5-10 minute walk into town, all in all quite enjoyable and would return. Only downside would be the staircase up to the rooms, my wife found the stairs...

Amazing staff. Can not thank the staff enough for all their help. Our daughter had a slight bug during our stay, and the staff were very helpful in providing replacement sheets (twice), and even a thermometer to monitor her temperature. Definitely the first place we will book when in Inverness again.

Friendly staff, clean & bright rooms, good food and great value for money. Parking on site a plus. Only down side are the stairs which may make things difficult for those with mobility issues. All in all highly recommended.

It falls in between grades. It's above average but it doesn't quite make it to very good. Room was good size but marks on walls let it down. New suite and flooring in the bathroom, but shelf had clearly been soaked and dried. Water pressure in the sink was amazing , shower water pressure was not good at all. Staff...

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, I had a lovely spacious family room to share with my two friends. We booked to have dinner here and my friends and I all had the chicken fajitas which I definitely recommend! Only bad thing I have to say is that while we were all getting ready to go out for...
