First visit to Scotland northern part and the resort provided everything we expected. Enjoyed the walks to the stacks and along the coast and had a few interesting sightings of wildlife. Dunnet Forest worth a visit and Wick Harbour as well.

6th stay of the year in John O'Groats. Very wet and windy with great waves along the coast. Lots of surfers in Thurso. Rather them than me 😃. Walked from Scrabster to Thurso and enjoyed visiting family in Thurso. Coffee great as always in the Storehouse beside the wood burning stove. Bliss!

Lodges are clean, well equipped and with stunning views. We had the most relaxing time, walking along the coast, snacking at bistro, drinking in pub and lazing in front of log burner. There was also a very enjoyable evening organised for us on New Year's Eve- Scottish dancing and fireworks. A brilliant time was had by me, my husband and...

We had a lovely stay to celebrate our Grandmothers 80th birthday. It was the perfect place for our family to gather and much more spacious than it looks. The log burning stove was lovely and cosy at this time of year. Wifi didn't work in one lodge and there was no response from managers using numbers provided which was disappointing...

Enjoyed the clean well appointed unit. Good service upon our arrival to get us settled in. Not much going on in the area in November so suggest bringing your own food and refreshments. The scenery and walking in this corner of Scotland are fantastic

The accommodation, really is first class, a great deal of thought has been put into the design and positioning of each cabin and they are very well furnished, warm and comfortable. The entry procedure is easy and especially for a short break they provide tea, coffee, soaps etc as well as a very nice hamper which means you could get...

The apartment was very, very special. The views across to the islands, the warmth of the staff, the quality of all the rooms.....I could keep going. We will be back in the very near future, this time for a longer stay.
