As a family we have stayed at Coylumbridge on several occasions. After enjoying our stays decided to spend New Year here. Family room - great. Food - great, with lots of choice. On Hogmanay we were booked for 8pm for dinner, seated by 2005 but unfortunately staff were clearly very busy that we were not asked about drinks or food...

Staff friendly, helpful and efficient. We took our pet dog and were allowed to leave him in our room whilst eating in the hotel restaurant. Lots of walks near the hotel. We loved our short break at this hotel and would definitely recommend it.

The best new year's break I've ever taken. Excellent facilities at the hotel, spacious well appointed room. Excellent New Year's package featuring top class ceilidh band, patient caller and DJ, pipe band, clay shooting and some of the best hotel food I've ever had - at the two gala dinners and champagne brunch. Highly recommend this and hope to do...

After reading the reviews we booked this hotel and noting that it was a Hilton we expected clean rooms and good service. From the time we arrived we were faced with long queues and rude staff. Dear Arti S Thank you for taking the time to post your review and was very sorry to read of your disappointment. Although I am unable to check when you stayed with us, if it had been over the Festive period, we would expect and were very busy, which, as a business, is what our aim is and staff accordingly.

Great location, nice, original 60s touches in the furnishing and decor of the common areas (of which there are plenty) and lots of fun activities for the kids. Friendly staff and pretty good food: our girls particularly enjoyed breakfast and the buffet family dinner.

This hotel served us well on our Christmas break. When the weather was poor we could use the indoor facilities. When the weather was good we were on the doorstep of plenty to see and do. The hotel was comfortable and clean, although a little dated, and the staff were courteous and efficient.
