We are just back from a fantastic week away in one of Pine Bank Chalet's gorgeous and cosy lodges, with stunning views out over the River Spey. The lodge was comfortable, clean, warm and well equipped and our 3 and 5 year old especially loved the play area! Reception were lovely and friendly and had some great suggestions re local...

We stayed in both Nethy and Dulnain in our week in the Highlands, the chalets were both cosy, warm, comfortable and very welcoming. We had a fantastic week and the staff were very helpful in accommodating us. The site is in an excellent location it is by the railway line and is around a 10 min walk to the station which...

My boyfriend and I stayed in the Dulnain lodge for two nights over Easter Weekend and had a lovely time. The lodge was clean, well decorated and in a great location. The town centre is well within walking distance and there is a fab little pub just down the road. Points to note: 1) When the lodge says self catering,...

We spent New Year week in Bynack chalet. Everything was how we imagined, lovely bedding, cosy living area with wood burner and great veranda. Location is perfect for walking into town. Reception staff helpful with good local knowledge. We kept the bird feeders full and got lots of hungry birds. We will visit again.

Just returned from a weekend staying at the Ptarmigan lodge (previously been in Sheiling). We had not stayed at this particular lodge before, however the standard again was very high, immaculate, comfortable and very welcoming, it is clear that Tanja and Simon wish their guests to experience a high standard of accommodation. As to a previous February review which someone...

We stayed for 2 nights in the Macduie chalet. It was adequate but not much more. The bulb from the fire didnt work so didnt have nice glow. I did report it but it didnt get fixed while we were there.Didnt really think it was value for money compared to some chalets we have stayed in previously elsewhere. The furniture...

We stayed at cedar lodge for just a couple of nights at the end of February. We couldn't have asked better accommodation, the lodge itself was fantastic. It had gorgeous finishes, was impeccably clean and had a fantastic rustic wooden smell as soon as you set foot in the door. The location was also ideal very close to a great...

Extremely disappointing! Where to start? So many faults with this accommodation! Despite website claiming this apartment was newly refurbished and renovated in December 2016, our stay mid February 2017 found this to mean covering cracks and poor quality DIY with paint & sadly the task of painting & decorating is sloppy at best. Drips on radiators, ill fitting wood &...

Hi I am very sorry that you felt this way having staying with us and that our painting and decorating negatively effected your holiday to such an extent that you had to give us one star! Clearly you can see that your view is not typical of our guests and everyone who has stayed since the apartment was refurbished has...

For Easter half term my family of three decided to try skiing on the Cairngorm. I chose Pine Bank Chalets after seeing their beautiful new Logcabin. Unfortunately it was already reserved so we booked the Cairngorm lodge, a four sleeper. We had a wonderful time here. We arrived quite late but our keys were waiting for us and easily accessible....

We have just returned from 3 nights at Pine Bank, staying in Bynack. We had a great time. Cabin was all we needed for 4 people (2 adults and 2 younger children). Kitchen well equipped. Cabin very warm, we did insist on lighting wood burner though! Great views. Close to Aviemore and Cairngorm, lucky enough to get to enjoy some...
