Well, I do not know where to start with this palace only than to say that really, it should be shut down. My other half took me away on a romantic weekend as I have been very ill and well, this place did not live up to it's pictures on the booking.com website. Outside the hotel was cigarette butts all...

Also the curtains were hanging of in general the room was not of a clean standard. When we went to complain about this we were mmet with a look...

My friend and i stayed here for 1 night for a cheeky wee birthday night away. It's cost £38 for one night for a double room, so didn't expect much. We parked the car outside and the receptionist gave us a pass which covered us until 10am the next morning. We went to our room and whilst getting ready i...

I think it has been the worst experience I had in an accomodation on the last months. I went to Glasgow with 2 friends and we get a 4 people room. The room was old but it wasn't ugly at all. However it was almost imposible to sleep there. We arrive at 1am at night, the temperature was around 5ºC,...

Dear oh dear what can I say apart from the fact that it is, by far, the worst hotel of my experience. My room , at £70, was in the basement with no heating - the radiator didn't work and the dimpled oil heater was faulty. The room was dirty and the furniture had to be seen to be believed...

A friend and I stayed here for 2 nights on a fleeting trip to Glasgow. Good location, not far from the centre. We had a room on the top floor. No lift but luckily in the last 30 years we have learnt how to negotiate stairs so was not a problem :) The room was compact and basic but clean....

This must be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was extremely tiny, murky, dingy, outdated, (a double and a single bed witht only one mug no coffee/tea facilities), and altogether just a shambles. The shower was virtually falling to pieces, and looked so unhygienic that my wife and I decided to have a sink bath, even...

we stayed here for 1 night but would not return. on arrival we were pleased to hear that we had been upgraded to a triple room, unfortunately the room we were in had no hot water for the duration of our stay. we did point this out to the chap on reception and he said he would "hit the boost"...

I stayed here last week for one night. As others have said the guy who checked me in was absolutely lovely, definitely an asset to the guesthouse. My room was at the top of the hotel but as I didn't have much baggage this wasn't an issue. If you struggle with mobility this wouldn't be ideal. Room was clean and...
