Stay not far here and booked in for 1 night with 2 grandkids as some work going on in house. Lovely room, double bed and 2 singles. Beds very comfortable. No AC but had a standing fan in room but we didn't need to use it. Kids loved it. Used restaurant on site and food was lovely particularly breakfast 😋 kids defo loved this. Staff very nice helpful and attentive. Right next to motorway if your travelling.

Very impressed with the staff. Gave us good advice on where to visit in Scotland. We paid for full breakfast, which they couldn't provide , but instead had a great continental breakfast. Instead of refunding just the difference between the two , we recieved a full refund ( which I was expecting). Room was great , very easy to get to off m74 . An asset to the chain.

Our stay was more pleasant than we maybe expected. Firstly it was easy to find and very handy for getting to and from Tollcross. Free parking was good, and plenty of spaces. Reception staff were friendly and extremely helpful - nothing was too much trouble, whether it was fresh towels, or topping up other items needed. Comfortable room and, despite a busy location, very little noise. We had dinner in the hotel on 3 occasions. For easiness. Good varied menu and drinks and good value. Service was good despite restaurant being busy at times. Staff were under pressure but kept smiling and did their best. There's also KFC and McDonalds right outside for fast food. Hotel met our requirements and was good value. We would stay here again if going to Tollcross. It's just so handy.…

We went to the best hotel, its the second time we have stayed here and we will be back. It is so convenient for staying in Glasgow and although its next to the motorway you can't hear it. The hotel is amazing as are the staff. Definitely value for your money. The hotel was full but you did not hear a thing it was so peaceful.

The hotel is very easily located and great if you need a quick stop over but I would ask for extra pillows as I failed to do so and struggled to sleep, also try for a room away from the main entrance to either floor as the footfall can be rather noisy.

The shower did not work properly and when I reported this I was informed that it happens periodically in several rooms, The bathroom was disgusting and when I reported this to the staff, the male raised their eyes at me and it was not cleaned

This was perfect area for the family party we attended , parking was perfect hotel very clean rooms so comfortable & spacious Staff were very helpful & friendly Breakfast following morning was next door very nice

I stayed here on business for one night. On arrival the systems were down but the receptionist was very helpful in checking me in. I went to the restaurant for food and selected smothered chicken what a mistake it was awful rubbery tasteless and there didn't seem to be very much on the plate. I would have spoken to the restaurant staff had they been around they were elusive to say the least. The shower in the room was very poor which i told reception on leaving.

For a room that is £97 pound a night it certainly needs a face-lift. I would suggest this room was worth £55 a night at best . Repairs need done . The hotel also could be with a bit more care to attention with customers it's clear that keeping costs low is a big priority.
