Firstly the hotel is located brilliantly if you arrive at the Central Station in Glasgow...a 2 minute walk.
First impressions are fantastic especially downstairs etc. Once checking in and going to our room we found everything was acceptable if a little bit basic.
staff at this hotel where very welcoming and friendly they ,couldnt do enough to help , hotel was nice and quiet lovely place to relax, outdoor smoking area at rear of bar ,food was lovely ,nice place to stay would stay again !!

This hotel may have once been better but its a little tired and tacky these days. Furniture is basic and finishings not that great. But its clean and functional and the sleep quality was good. Not sure I would choose to stay here again though...More
Location beside Central Station, Room was adequate but tired. Half the lights in room did not work. However it was clean
Staff were friendly.
Breakfast finished at 9.30 and room vacated by 11am. The breakfast was ok but floating bacon, sausages etc.

I had no problems with the hotel. The staff are excellent, just remember it's a privately run hotel, not a big chain. There are a few areas that show wear and tear, but it's a nice place to stay. My best advice, don't always... More
