Great value hotel, lovely rooms, pleasant staff. Location is second to none, plenty or restaurants and bars around. I travelled on my own and had no problem going out strolling around the city as the location is so central. Wi Fi at the hotel is the best I've ever experienced. Only disadvantage is you cannot charge drinks or stuff to...

Hotel is within a few minutes walk of the city centre. Hotel was clean, quiet and perfect for a weekend break to explore the city of Glasgow. Staff where polite and able to answer all the question we asked of them.

Good location a short walk from the Queen Street station. The rooms are a decent size, clean and quiet with good beds and bath. The elevators are tiny and it can be quite a wait to get one that you can fit into with your luggage. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Stayed one night on way home from holiday. Staff were extremely helpful on arrival. Room was very good and bed comfortable, we were a bit hot during the night but there was a light blanket we could have swapped for the duvet, so we did have a choice. We had breakfast in morning, this was okay, we felt it was...

This hotel was in the perfect location and is great value for money. The room I had was very spacious and clean. The hotel is quiet. The street noise was a little loud BUT that's what happens when you stay in the city centre so I didn't mind. I would stay here again.

As good as their TV ads say - great beds, pillows and duvets. Excellent shower. Large comfortable lounge/bar area. Lots of choice for and well cooked breakfast. Best combination of comfort and value I've ever had in a hotel. Also great for proximity of public transport and restaurants.

My first time at a Premier inn, first time in a Glasgow hotel, a great experience. Arriving late at night I was checked into my room in a few minutes and sound asleep shortly after. A huge room, clean and very comfortable. I took the offer of breakfast and was more than happy with the food and variety provided. I...

The staff were so friendly and helpful, the beds were very comfy, great shower and a breakfast that was tasty and good value. All for a very good price. We were right in the centre of town so only a few minutes walk to the shops and restaurants of Glasgow.

Booked for three nights, arriving on Friday 18th September 2015. This is the first time my husband and myself have stayed at this chain of hotels. We come to Glasgow at least twice a year to visit my husbands family and usually stay at the Holiday Inn Riverside, we are premier members and get a discount but the price quoted...

Tried the automated check in and once we'd worked out how to decline breakfast we found we had a very pleasant room overlooking the gardens at the rear so it was lovely and quiet. Spacious room, very clean. Just one downside - 2 thimbles of milk is never going to satisfy 2 thirsty travelers!!
