Excellent location within short walk of train stations and town centre, both breakfast and dinnner were great value and excellent quality. All staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for you, overall I couldn’t recommend more!
Great hotel. Great staff. Clean. Warm. What you would expect from an hotel. Downgraded to 4* because of cost of car parking. I know this can't be helped in a city centre, but because we were 5 minutes over 24 hours as we were sight seeing, cost £24. Everything else, Tickety boo.

"Rooms at the back are quieter"
"320 was fine"
"all good but if problems ask rather than moan about it afterwards the staff will help you"
